Electronic Race Timer
Welcome to the new Electronic Race Timer initially designed for CO2 model drag racing cars (dragsters).
The start-of-the-art timer consists of USB hardware that accurately measures the race time with advanced Infrared technology. It can be used to accurately time anything that passes through the infrared beams. The timer interfaces with the supplied software running on a computer (e.g. Laptop, not supplied) that controls the race and displays the results. Results are automatically recorded and the computer can be connected to a screen projector (not supplied) to display the race in real time for viewing by a wider audience.

- Solenoid firing at the start and infrared at the end of the track: brochure.
